The business will be conducted in a professional manner and in accordance with all current laws.

| A detailed brief will always be taken prior to an assignment being accepted, which will be confirmed in writing together with our Terms and Conditions of Business.

| Where there is a potential conflict of interests the client and the candidate will be informed prior to accepting any assignment.

Will only accept assignments where there is a clear understanding of the clients' genuine requirement and Denton Oakwood has the necessary skills to complete.

Denton Oakwood will not make the first approach to a candidate we have placed with a client during his entire employment with that client.
|
Denton Oakwood will not make the first approach to any employee of a client within a period of 12 months after successfully placing a candidate with that client.

| Candidates will be provided with full details of the position and of its requirements for which they are being put forward, plus all available information of the client and their background.
|
To make certain that all information provided by both the client and candidates is kept strictly confidential, plus the anonymity of both until permission is received to divulge their identity.
|
Obtain permission from candidates before references are taken up and other details are checked with a third party.
|
Candidates will only be put forward for a meeting with the client, who have been interviewed and assessed as being capable of carrying out the job function as described and agreed in the original brief.

Regular contact will be maintained with the client during the period of the assignment, also regular contact with be kept with candidates who are in contention.
|
| Candidates will be advised in a constructive and positive manner when they are no longer in contention for a position for which they have been put forward.
|
| Through out the assignment the highest standards of service will be maintained as out lined in this Code of Business Practice.
